DILMA, PARA ERRADICAR LA POBREZA EXTREMA

Brazil: President Dilma Rousseff launched a program to eradicate extreme poverty (AFP) in Brazil by 2014. Her proposal follows social policies undertaken by prior administrations in which twenty-eight million Brazilians were lifted out of poverty and thirty-six million moved up to the middle class.
